- Go to NAGOH AI and select "Etsy & Craft Sellers" (or "General Small Business")

- Copy and paste the output into your Shopify or Printify product listings
- Want design and color suggestions? Ask: "I'm selling a t-shirt design at [description]. Suggest 5 color variants and explain why each works well"

Quick Starters are pre-built prompts for your industry. Instead of typing from scratch, they give you a head start:

- The prompt auto-fills in the chat box
- Add your specific details (product name, topic, etc.)
- Hit Send to get instant results
Each industry has different Quick Starters tailored to your business type.
The "Ideas to Try" section shows you popular requests for your industry. Click any idea to ask NAGOH AI about it.
For example, if you're a salon owner, you'll see ideas like:
- New stylist introduction
- Product launch promotion
- Appointment reminders
- Client testimonials
It's a quick way to discover what other business owners are asking about.
Absolutely! After NAGOH AI responds, you'll see suggestion buttons like:

Click any suggestion to refine the response. Or just keep chatting to further develop your idea.

Yes! You can change your industry at any time using the dropdown in the left sidebar. This updates your:

You can also toggle between different tones (Friendly, Professional, Playful, Concise) for different situations.
The Tone/Mode selector changes how NAGOH AI writes:

Yes! Absolutely. NAGOH AI can help with Facebook posts, Facebook ads, and Facebook messaging.
Just ask NAGOH AI directly:

Yes! All your chats are automatically saved. You'll see "Past Chats" in the left sidebar showing your recent conversations.
- Click any past chat to reload it
- Your token usage and message history are preserved
- Start a new chat with the "+ New Chat" button
⚠️ About "Clear History": Clicking "Clear History" in the sidebar will permanently delete all your past chats from your account. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered. Only use this if you're sure you want to erase your entire chat history.
Your chat data is private and never shared with anyone.
Tokens & Pricing
Tokens are how NAGOH AI measures usage. Think of them like a "currency" for AI responses.
- Every message you send uses some tokens
- Longer responses use more tokens
- You see exactly how many tokens each response costs
- Your token balance is shown at the top of the app
This way, you only pay for what you actually use—no surprise bills!

You choose what works for you: Use free tokens, buy one-time token packs, or pick a monthly plan. All plans auto-renew monthly (unless you cancel), but there's no forced subscription—you can use the free 5,000 tokens forever if you want.

What can you do with 5,000 free tokens?
- ~50–100 short tasks like individual emails, captions, or quick replies
- ~10 detailed projects like product descriptions, social media campaigns, or business strategies
- Real examples: A single product description might use 200–400 tokens. Five social media posts might use 500–1,000 tokens total.
This is enough to thoroughly test NAGOH AI and see if it's right for your business. No credit card required.
Guests also get 1,000 free tokens to try the app (no sign-up needed), but these tokens don't carry over between visits.
Token usage varies based on:
- Length of your question — Longer questions use more tokens
- Length of the response — Longer answers cost more
- AI model used — The "Reasoner" model uses more tokens than "Chat"

Bottom line: After each response, you'll see exactly how many tokens that message cost. This way, there are no surprises.

- Choose your plan (Starter, Professional, or Business)
- Select monthly or annual billing
- Enter your payment info (Stripe is secure and trusted)
- Your tokens are added instantly!
You can buy more tokens anytime you run low. No long-term contracts—you can cancel anytime.
When you run out of tokens:
- You can't send new messages — The Send button will be disabled
- You can still view your chat history — All your past conversations remain saved and readable
- You'll see a message: "You're out of tokens! Click 'Buy More Tokens' to add more"
- Your data is safe — Nothing is deleted or lost
To continue using NAGOH AI:
- Click "+ Buy More Tokens" in the left sidebar
- Choose a plan or add tokens
- Complete payment
- Your new tokens are added instantly—continue chatting!
Your chat history and past messages are always saved. You can continue your conversations once you add more tokens.
Troubleshooting
Try these tips to get better responses:
- Be more specific — Include details about your product, audience, or goal
- Use click suggestions — After a response, click buttons like "Make it shorter" or "Give me another version"
- Change the tone — Try a different Tone/Mode in the right sidebar
- Ask follow-up questions — Refine your request in the next message
- Try the Reasoner model — For complex requests, use NagohAI Reasoner for deeper thinking
Check the status indicator at the top-right of the app:
- Green dot "Connected" — Everything is working ✓
- Yellow dot "Connecting" — Wait a moment, the app is starting up
- Red dot "Offline" — Check your internet connection
If you see "Offline":
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Check your internet connection
- Try again in a few moments
If you get signed out:
- Click "Sign in with Google" on the login page
- Use the same Google account you originally signed up with
- Your chat history and tokens will be right where you left them
Your data is always saved. Sign out anytime by clicking "Sign out" in the top-right button.
A few reasons responses might be slow:
- Using "Reasoner" model — This is slower but more thoughtful. Switch to "Chat" for speed.
- Complex request — Detailed questions take longer to answer
- Server load — During peak times, responses can be slower
- Internet connection — Slow WiFi or mobile data affects speed
If responses are consistently slow, try switching to the "NagohAI Chat (Fast)" model.
If Google sign-in isn't working:
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily
- Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser
- Try signing in on a different device
As a workaround, you can click "Continue as Guest" to try the app without signing in.
Privacy & Security
Yes, absolutely. Here's how we protect your data:
- Encrypted connection — All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
- Private storage — Your chats are stored securely and privately
- No selling data — We never sell or share your data with anyone
- Google OAuth — We only use Google to verify your identity
- Only you can see your chats — Your messages are 100% private
Your chat data is:
- Stored on our secure servers — Accessible only to you
- Saved automatically — Every message is backed up
- Deletable by you — Click "Clear History" to delete everything
- Not used for AI training — We don't use your messages to train the AI
You control your data. Delete it anytime.
To delete your account, you can:
- Click "Clear History" to delete all your chats
- Click "Sign out" to disconnect
Or contact support for full account deletion.
We use Stripe, a trusted payment processor, to handle all transactions:
- PCI Compliant — Stripe is certified for the highest payment security standards. "PCI compliant" means they meet strict security requirements from major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- We never see your card — Your credit card information goes directly to Stripe, not to us. We don't store or handle your card details.
- Encrypted transactions — All payments are encrypted and secure
- Secure storage — Stripe securely stores your payment method so you can update your plan without re-entering your card each time
Bottom line: Your payment info is as safe with us as it is with Amazon, Target, or any major retailer. Stripe handles payments for millions of businesses.
